Refund Policy

At BW Promo, client satisfaction is the foundation of every engagement. We are committed to transparent pricing and delivering the services outlined in your agreement. This policy explains how refunds are handled for our digital marketing, social media management, website management, and SEO services.

All pricing is customized and confirmed with a formal, itemized invoice before any work begins. Because every engagement is tailored to your specific scope and demand, refunds are evaluated based on the terms agreed upon in your invoice and service agreement.

If you cancel your project before any work has started, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued. Requests must be made in writing within 48 hours of invoice confirmation.

Once work has started, payments for the portion of work already completed are non-refundable. For monthly retainers, the current billing cycle is non-refundable once services for that cycle have been delivered. Future prepaid cycles may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for work not yet performed.

For one-time projects, refunds are issued only for deliverables not yet started. Completed deliverables, including strategy documents, content, designs, and reports, are considered rendered services and are non-refundable.

To request a refund, contact us using the details below with your invoice number and a brief reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

The following are non-refundable: third-party advertising spend (e.g., paid ad budgets), software or platform subscriptions purchased on your behalf, and any work already delivered or milestones already reached.
